Fantastic Small CASE
|
Review Date: January 12, 2008

We just just bought this case to carry only the camera and lens that we are going to use. the case is really nice, it fits our Canon Rebel XT with a Tamron 70-300mm Lens perfectly, You can use it with shorter lenses as it has velcro inserts to hold the camera in place. It has some small pockets on the inside and out for small things (memory cards etc.) though, if your looking for something that can carry extra lenses, mini tripods, chargers etc, you should doubtless look for something a small larger. The outer pocket can fit an extra array, charger etc. it gets a small snug, but, it's excellent. This is just so what we needed.

The bag fits my Nikon D80 with VR 18-200mm lens nicely with spare room throw in the Nikon Strap which I like to use. It's well padded enough to feel secure.

i got this bag/case- mainly since i like Lowepro products - and since there is no velcro on the bag!!! you know how grating it is when you are in a museum or a church shooting pictures and you have to rip open the top from Velcro- dreadful sound!!!! so this is the bag for you if you don't like velcro ! it is very light and i can just swing my camera in - even with the 300zoom lens on it. i like the small handle on the top too - well-located when you don't have it on your shoulder - i like the bucket type for the longer lenses - you don't have to take them off to get it in the bag.
the only draw back is that there is small space to take anything else - or place a wallet or something - there is a small outer pocket to hold an extra array and a pocket in the inner top - for a memory card or two - but don't plot on taking much else - mostly for taking out for a day shoot or something. The excellent thing is that you won't want to place all of it in there and then carry it around!!! too heavy!
the bag it self is very well made - Lowepro feature all the way - the strap is comes off and etc.......light, but well padded. one very small pocket in the inside lid and one very small pocket on the further than. your basic case - but best of all there is NO VELCRO !!!!!!

This bag holds Canon Rebel XTi + EF-S 55-250mm IS with about an inch yo spare. There is room for 1 CF card and a filter. I would have liked bottom part of the case to be padded a small thicker.
